This week I’m announcing the NITLE Future of Higher Education Leadership Program. It’s an online course, very intense, for a small group of people.

The program introduces participants to scenario development, trend analysis, environmental scanning, prediction markets, and the Delphi process, using real-world examples of these methods and enabling participants to practice them with campus cases.
